Familiar reactions survive by outrunning careful truth. Family history explains some of what shaped you, but it does not own your future. The old family script does not outrank the transforming work of Jesus Christ. You do not need an emotional breakthrough to move differently today. Let truth be sufficient for the next faithful choice.
