When alcohol is doing more than helping you unwind. The situation may be ordinary, but the story you attach to it can shape the whole day. Not every quick solution is a faithful one. Let obedience outrank immediate relief. A habit becomes dangerous when it quietly starts deciding for you. Bring the habit under Christ's lordship instead of letting repetition become authority. Give yourself permission to deal faithfully with today instead of solving forever. The next decision is enough ground for obedience today.
