When budgeting feels like punishment. It is easy to sound spiritual until this is the thing sitting in front of you. Sometimes the first change is simply recognizing the pattern sooner. Refusing the automatic response can be the beginning of freedom. Money is a tool, not a measurement of human worth. Your security cannot finally rest in a balance that changes. Reflex is fast, but truth can still interrupt it. Let truth, not habit, decide what you do next.
