When divorce changes the way you introduce yourself. This is the kind of moment that can expose what has really been running underneath. You may not be able to change the person, timing, circumstance, or outcome. Your responsibility is your response, your agreement, and your obedience before Jesus Christ. Performance can describe what you did, but it cannot establish what you are worth. Your life is held in Christ before it is evaluated by people. Take the next obedient step that is actually yours. After that, stop carrying what was never assigned to you.
