When food has become a moral scorecard. You can look completely fine on the outside while this is doing a number on you inside. The danger is not that the feeling showed up. Feel what is present, then choose from truth rather than emotional momentum. Health deserves attention without becoming the measure of your worth. Let Jesus Christ shape the way you care for a body that is valuable but not ultimate. Faithfulness does not require control over what happens next. Your responsibility is to stay faithful while God remains responsible for what you cannot determine.
