When healing changes who has access to you. You can look completely fine on the outside while this is doing a number on you inside. The first emotion is not automatically the issue. A clear mind can acknowledge the feeling without letting it write the next action. Naming the hurt honestly is not the same as living under it forever. Healing under Jesus Christ tells the truth about the wound and the truth about who you still are. The assignment is not to guarantee how this ends. Choose alignment with Jesus Christ over the illusion of control.

What if this moment is information rather than a verdict? What would you do differently if you refused to let this define you?
