When healing does not happen on your preferred timeline. This is the kind of moment that can expose what has really been running underneath. You cannot carry every variable connected to this moment. Stay responsible for your response without pretending you are responsible for everything. Your body can require care without becoming the center of your identity. Your body belongs in faithful stewardship, not worship, shame, or neglect. Let obedience be specific and limited to what is yours to do. Faithfulness has a boundary; let God remain God beyond it.

Where is habit trying to speak before wisdom does? How could you answer this moment from truth rather than habit?

Jesus Christ, show me what is actually true here and expose the story I have layered on top of it. Lead me clearly, strengthen me to obey, and keep me surrendered about the result. Amen.
