Ask God for wisdom and expect Him to give it generously.

When leaving is also a decision. That sounds small until it is your Tuesday morning. Honesty about the circumstance is not unbelief. This moment can be difficult without becoming the source of your truth. Discernment does not require you to become omniscient. Surrender can carry you farther than endless attempts to guarantee the outcome. Do not let urgency make the decision for you. Choose what is faithful, not merely what is familiar.

Where does your responsibility end in this situation? Where does surrender need to begin after responsibility ends?

Lord, reveal where my interpretation has gone beyond what is true. Lead me clearly, strengthen me to obey, and keep me surrendered about the result. Amen.
