When medication feels like failure. The situation may be ordinary, but the story you attach to it can shape the whole day. Not every quick solution is a faithful one. A faithful direction can require staying uncomfortable long enough to choose well. Health deserves attention without becoming the measure of your worth. Your body belongs in faithful stewardship, not worship, shame, or neglect. Give yourself permission to deal faithfully with today instead of solving forever. Choose whose truth will govern the part you can actually act on now.

Jesus Christ, I release my demand to control how this situation ends. Lead me in the work that is mine and release me from carrying what is not. Amen.
