When one small faithful habit could change the day. The situation may be ordinary, but the story you attach to it can shape the whole day. When something hurts, quick relief can feel like the obvious goal. A faithful direction can require staying uncomfortable long enough to choose well. Repeated behavior can become a master long before you call it one. Obedience can become a stronger pattern than the appetite that once led you. The entire future does not need an answer before the day is over. Choose whose truth will govern the part you can actually act on now.
