When scrolling turns into an hour. It is easy to sound spiritual until this is the thing sitting in front of you. A quiet interruption can matter as much as a dramatic outcome. The pattern loses ground when you notice it before acting on it. Repeated behavior can become a master long before you call it one. Jesus Christ did not free you so another appetite could become your master. What happens next does not have to be dictated by what happened before. Make room for obedience before momentum takes over.
