When shopping becomes a reward system. That sounds small until it is your Tuesday morning. Faith does not require you to pretend this is easy. What is happening can be acknowledged without becoming the ruler of your identity. Repeated behavior can become a master long before you call it one. Bring the habit under Christ's lordship instead of letting repetition become authority. Slow the moment down. A deliberate response can interrupt what has repeated for years.

Jesus, show me where I have added fear, shame, or prediction to the facts. Give me wisdom without panic, courage without control, and trust without pretending. Amen.
