When staying busy keeps you from thinking. Nobody puts that on a vision board, but people live it every day. Before you respond, notice the belief this moment is trying to hand you. What repeats automatically often depends on never being examined. What begins as comfort can become control when choice slowly disappears. Bring the habit under Christ's lordship instead of letting repetition become authority. You do not need an emotional breakthrough to move differently today. The next right response matters more than producing a dramatic moment.
