When the habit is small but it owns you. You can look completely fine on the outside while this is doing a number on you inside. Emotions can speak loudly without being wise leaders. A clear mind can acknowledge the feeling without letting it write the next action. Small habits deserve attention when they start governing your time, body, thoughts, or obedience. Jesus Christ did not free you so another appetite could become your master. You can move wisely even while the ending is still unknown. Choose alignment with Jesus Christ over the illusion of control.
