Is it telling you that you are unwanted, unsafe, behind, foolish, trapped, or forgotten? That sentence matters because repeated thoughts eventually start sounding like facts. Work matters, but it is a place of stewardship, not your source of identity. Jesus Christ is Lord in the office, the unemployment line, and the next chapter. One honest decision under the lordship of Jesus Christ can be the beginning of a completely different pattern.

What would you advise someone you love to do if they were standing where you are?

Jesus, interrupt whatever is automatic in me that does not look like Your truth. Give me a clear mind, a guarded heart, and the courage to do the next faithful thing. Amen.
