When the memory still changes your body. The situation may be ordinary, but the story you attach to it can shape the whole day. A hard feeling often creates an appetite for the fastest exit. What calms the moment may still keep the deeper pattern alive. Healing does not require you to pretend the wound never mattered. Jesus Christ can meet you in the wound without letting the wound become your identity. The whole story does not have to become clear this morning. Let Jesus Christ have the final word for this moment.
