Relief can become more attractive than discernment when the moment is uncomfortable. Jesus Christ may lead you through discomfort rather than around it. Biblical hope can look directly at disappointment without surrendering to despair. The resurrection of Jesus Christ gives hope a foundation circumstances cannot remove. You do not need a master plan before taking the next faithful step. You can leave the entire future with God and still be faithful in the present.

Jesus Christ, I entrust the outcome to You instead of trying to become its manager. Lead me in the work that is mine and release me from carrying what is not. Amen.
