When the name of Jesus Christ needs to become your refuge. Nobody puts that on a vision board, but people live it every day. Ask yourself what meaning you are assigning to this before you react. What repeats automatically often depends on never being examined. Your relationship with God is not secured by your ability to feel certain every day. Faith can be honest about weakness while still resting in the finished work of Christ. Faithfulness can be quiet and still be real. The next right response matters more than producing a dramatic moment.

Where might familiarity be disguising itself as wisdom? What would obedience require if the familiar answer is not the faithful one?

Jesus Christ, show me what is automatic in me but not aligned with You. Renew my thinking and strengthen me for the next right action. Amen.
