When the scale decides whether it is a good morning. This is the kind of moment that can expose what has really been running underneath. Some pieces of this situation are simply not yours to manage. Stay responsible for your response without pretending you are responsible for everything. Your body is neither your god nor your enemy. Steward your body under the lordship of Jesus Christ. Choose the next right action without trying to solve the entire outcome. Faithfulness has a boundary; let God remain God beyond it.

Lord Jesus, nothing about this is hidden from You, including what I do not understand. Lead me away from fear-driven reactions and into obedience with You. Amen.
