When the symptom is real but fear keeps adding a story. That sounds small until it is your Tuesday morning. Faith does not require you to pretend this is easy. This moment can be difficult without becoming the source of your truth. Your body is neither your god nor your enemy. Jesus Christ can lead you in care, limits, gratitude, and acceptance. Slow the moment down. Choose what is faithful, not merely what is familiar.

Which part of this situation is actually yours to handle? Where does surrender need to begin after responsibility ends?
