Psalm 139:14

Your body is fearfully and wonderfully made by God.

When the symptom is real but fear keeps adding a story. That sounds small until it is your Tuesday morning. You do not have to deny what is happening. Christianity is not pretending. The question is whether the circumstance gets to become lord over the meaning of your life. Your body is not your god and it is not your enemy. It is temporary, valuable, and worth stewarding under the lordship of Jesus Christ. You are allowed to slow down long enough to choose obedience instead of repetition.

What part of this situation belongs to you, and what part are you trying to carry for God?

Lord Jesus Christ, I bring You the part I can explain and the part I cannot. Keep me from reacting out of fear, shame, pride, or loneliness. Teach me to move with You. Amen.
