When the text message does not come back

God gives wisdom generously when you ask Him.

James 1:5

When the text message does not come back. It is easy to sound spiritual until this is the thing sitting in front of you. Do not overlook the kind of breakthrough that happens in your response. The pattern loses ground when you notice it before acting on it. Connection is not permission to abandon discernment. Jesus Christ can teach you to love without surrendering authority He never gave another person. Pause before the old reflex becomes another decision. Make room for obedience before momentum takes over.

Lord Jesus, I surrender the outcome I keep trying to manage. Let me do my part with integrity and leave Your part in Your hands. Amen.
