When timing is the real question. This is the kind of moment that can expose what has really been running underneath. You may not be able to change the person, timing, circumstance, or outcome. Jesus Christ can meet you in the part you cannot control while leading you in the part you can. A wise decision can still involve uncertainty. Let Christ lead the next faithful step even when the whole road is not visible. Take the next obedient step that is actually yours. You can stop where your responsibility ends.

Which reaction is trying to take over before you think? What would change if Jesus Christ, not reflex, directed the next step?
