When you are afraid of getting older

Do not fear, God is with you and will strengthen and uphold you.

Isaiah 41:10

When you are afraid of getting older. It is easy to sound spiritual until this is the thing sitting in front of you. A turning point can happen before the circumstance moves at all. Seeing the reflex before following it gives truth room to lead. Fear is skilled at turning possibility into a forecast. You can prepare wisely without treating fear as a prophet. The familiar reaction does not deserve an automatic yes. A faithful interruption can keep the same story from repeating.

Jesus Christ, expose the response I keep making without thinking. Guard my heart and lead me into the response that reflects You. Amen.
