When you are afraid of the next appointment. This is where faith gets practical. The story you repeat internally can start feeling factual simply because it is familiar. A thought deserves examination before it receives your agreement. Health deserves attention without becoming the measure of your worth. Treat your body with wisdom while keeping your identity anchored beyond it. One obedient response can become the first brick in a different pattern. A faithful next step can open a different path than the one you usually take.
