When you are angry with God

The gospel centers on Christ crucified for our sins and raised from the dead.

1 Corinthians 15:3-4

When you are angry with God. The situation may be ordinary, but the story you attach to it can shape the whole day. The urge to end the discomfort can make any fast answer look wise. A faithful direction can require staying uncomfortable long enough to choose well. Spiritual maturity is not pretending doubt, fatigue, or disappointment never visit. Trust Jesus Christ, crucified and risen, when your feelings are inconsistent. You can stop demanding a complete solution from one difficult moment. Choose whose truth will govern the part you can actually act on now.

Which part of today's Scripture needs to interrupt your reflex? Where can you deliberately rehearse truth instead of the old story?

Lord Jesus, I surrender the outcome I keep trying to manage. Give me courage to be faithful without demanding certainty. Amen.
