Psalm 147:3

When you are healing after a friendship ends. There is usually more happening here than the obvious problem. Honesty and captivity are not the same thing. Let truth describe the circumstance without allowing it to define your worth. Healing does not require you to pretend the wound never mattered. Christ can make room for grief, truth, forgiveness, and a future beyond the injury. There is no need to make this sound better before you bring it to Christ. He is not surprised by what the polished version leaves out.

Lord Jesus, You see what I can explain and what I still cannot name. Keep my emotions from becoming my master, and teach me to follow You in this. Amen.
