When you are recovering from surgery. Nobody puts that on a vision board, but people live it every day. Before you respond, notice the belief this moment is trying to hand you. Slow awareness gives truth a chance to interrupt the pattern. Your body can require care without becoming the center of your identity. Jesus Christ can lead you in care, limits, gratitude, and acceptance. You do not need an emotional breakthrough to move differently today. Stay with truth long enough to choose differently this time.
