You can bring both belief and unbelief honestly to Jesus.

When you are spiritually tired. This is where faith gets practical. The thought that follows the moment deserves examination. A thought deserves examination before it receives your agreement. Your relationship with God is not secured by your ability to feel certain every day. Return to Jesus Christ Himself rather than measuring faith by your emotional temperature. You do not have to change everything at once. A faithful next step can open a different path than the one you usually take.
