When you keep explaining yourself to someone committed to misunderstanding you. Nobody puts that on a vision board, but people live it every day. Notice the story your mind is building before you act on it. Truth needs a moment to speak before habit takes the microphone. Love and wisdom are not enemies. Jesus Christ can teach you to love without surrendering authority He never gave another person. You may not feel transformed in this moment, and that is okay. Choose what is true even if the old feeling is still present.

Where might familiarity be disguising itself as wisdom? Which choice best reflects wisdom rather than repetition?

Jesus Christ, show me what is actually true here and expose the story I have layered on top of it. Give me courage to act on truth and peace about what remains outside my control. Amen.
