When you need one reason to keep moving. Nobody puts that on a vision board, but people live it every day. Pause long enough to hear the belief hiding beneath the emotion. Slow awareness gives truth a chance to interrupt the pattern. Hope is not denial dressed in religious language. Jesus Christ is still Lord, and resurrection is still real. You do not have to wait until your emotions catch up. Stay with truth long enough to choose differently this time.

Lord Jesus, help me stop repeating what no longer agrees with Your truth. Steady me in the moment between trigger and response, and lead me there. Amen.
