When you need to leave the group chat. There is usually more happening here than the obvious problem. Wisdom tells the truth about reality without surrendering to its labels. Keep the event in its proper place: part of your story, not the source of your identity. Boundaries clarify what you will participate in; they do not exist to control another person. Follow Christ in what you allow, what you refuse, and what you stop carrying. Take the unedited problem to Jesus Christ. Let Him meet you at the level where the real struggle is happening.
