When you need to stop arguing with a boundary violator. There is usually more happening here than the obvious problem. There is a difference between acknowledging reality and surrendering your identity to it. One is wisdom. The other is captivity. A boundary is not a punishment. It is a decision about what you will participate in, and Jesus Christ never modeled unlimited access to every demand. Bring the real problem to Jesus Christ, not the polished version. He already knows what is underneath.
