God's appointed time may seem slow, but His word is not late.

Habakkuk 2:3

When you need to stop forcing the next chapter. You can look completely fine on the outside while this is doing a number on you inside. What you feel first may be understandable. Do not let fear become control, rejection become chasing, shame become hiding, or exhaustion become permission to abandon wisdom. Waiting can feel empty while still being inhabited by God. The waiting room is still part of the place where faith can become practical. The outcome may remain unresolved today. Remain surrendered to Christ in the unresolved middle.

How would this feel different if you stopped reading it as a verdict on your worth? What truth becomes easier to hear when this moment is not final?

Lord Jesus, help me stop repeating what no longer agrees with Your truth. Lead me in truth even if the old reaction still feels more natural. Amen.
