When you need wisdom about your health, not internet panic. This is where faith gets practical. Listen to the sentence your mind produces after the first emotion. Bring the conclusion into the light before you build a response on top of it. Physical limitation does not erase dignity, and physical ability does not create it. Jesus Christ can lead you in care, limits, gratitude, and acceptance. A single honest choice can become a turning point. Start with the choice that is actually in your hands today.
