When you see your parent's habit showing up in you. The situation may be ordinary, but the story you attach to it can shape the whole day. Discomfort creates pressure to make it stop quickly. Ask whether the response is wise, not merely whether it makes the discomfort disappear. What repeated in your family can be acknowledged without being inherited as destiny. In Christ, a generational pattern can stop becoming a generational prophecy. You are not required to solve everything today. Decide whether fear, habit, or Jesus Christ will lead the next response.
