Jesus Christ is not obligated to agree with the conclusion fear wrote for you. A parent's love can be fierce, and it still has limits. Let God hold the part of your child's life that no parent can control. Do not underestimate one decision that agrees with Jesus Christ. The pattern changes when Christ, not reflex, directs the next step.
