Your body is fearfully and wonderfully made by God.

When your body needs limits your ambition ignores. It is easy to sound spiritual until this is the thing sitting in front of you. Sometimes the breakthrough is not a dramatic change in circumstances. Sometimes it is catching the old pattern before you obey it again. Your body is not your god and it is not your enemy. It is temporary, valuable, and worth stewarding under the lordship of Jesus Christ. Let truth interrupt the reflex before the reflex becomes another chapter.

What are you trying to control because you are afraid to trust God with the outcome?

Lord Jesus Christ, I bring You the part I can explain and the part I cannot. Keep me from reacting out of fear, shame, pride, or loneliness. Teach me to move with You. Amen.
