When your body needs limits your ambition ignores. It is easy to sound spiritual until this is the thing sitting in front of you. A quiet interruption can matter as much as a dramatic outcome. A different response is evidence that the old script is not in charge. Your body is neither your god nor your enemy. Your body belongs in faithful stewardship, not worship, shame, or neglect. What happens next does not have to be dictated by what happened before. The next chapter can begin with a different response.

Where has anxiety convinced you that control is the same thing as wisdom? How could you remain responsible without trying to become sovereign?

Lord Jesus Christ, I bring You what I understand and what I cannot make sense of. Keep me honest, teachable, and anchored in You as I respond. Amen.
