When your workload keeps growing because you are dependable. You can look completely fine on the outside while this is doing a number on you inside. Your emotions can be honest signals without becoming instructions. The important question is what you permit the emotion to decide for you. Your work deserves stewardship, but it does not deserve your identity. Your calling to faithfulness is deeper than any title on a business card. Control is not the goal of this moment. Let obedience, not outcome management, measure today's faithfulness.
