Biblical truth. Practical restoration. Generational legacy.

What changes in you can change what comes after you.

Keystone Women's Institute equips women to recognize what has shaped them, build their lives on truth in Jesus Christ, and carry something stronger into their families and communities.

A clear beginning. Intentional growth. A purpose beyond yourself.

Identity rooted in Christ Learning lived in practice Restoration carried forward
The reason Keystone exists

Seeing the pattern
is where the work begins.

You can love God, care deeply for your family, and still find yourself making decisions from fear, old wounds, or beliefs you never stopped to question. Keystone creates room to examine those patterns against Scripture and practice a different response.

“Why do I keep ending up here?”

The circumstances change, but a familiar reaction keeps returning. Learn to recognize the belief beneath the response.

From automatic reactions to intentional choices.

“I know the truth. How do I live it?”

Understanding a principle and applying it in a difficult conversation are different kinds of work. Both belong here.

From recognition to practiced truth.

“What am I passing forward?”

Your choices shape more than today. Examine the patterns you inherited and the ones you want the next generation to receive.

From personal growth to generational legacy.

There is a place to begin

One first step.
A deeper path when you're ready.

Keystone is built with a thoughtful progression, from an introductory workshop to sustained study, practical application, and future facilitator development.

Keystone Journey · The 90 minute workshop

The Walls
You Cannot See.

Some limits never looked like walls. They sounded like “that's just how I am,” “I can't disappoint them,” or “people like me don't get to do that.”

What if a belief you learned to live by is a belief you need to examine?

Keystone Journey: The Walls You Cannot See opens a biblical conversation about the hidden beliefs that shape everyday choices. Through teaching, guided reflection, and practical exercises, women begin noticing what keeps repeating and considering a different next step.

Planning for a church, women's group, shelter, or community program? Tell us who you serve and what your women need.

A question worth sitting with
Is it wisdom protecting you,
or a wall you learned
to call wisdom?
01

Notice what repeats.
Where does the same reaction keep showing up?

02

Examine what you believe.
What story is shaping that response?

03

Bring it into the light.
What does Scripture invite you to consider?

An introduction to deeper work, with room to reflect at your own pace.

Inside Soul Esteem Mastery

Go beneath
what keeps repeating.

The Four Invisible Crowbars framework brings hidden patterns into view, so you can examine them honestly and build from biblical truth.

Weeks 1 & 2 · Soul Chisel

Examine the limits
you learned to live inside.

Recognize the beliefs that shape daily decisions. Trace them to their roots, distinguish fear from wisdom, and examine your identity in the light of who you are in Christ.

Recognition, assessment, root investigation, and practical application.

+4

Make room to live what you learn.

Weeks 9 through 12 focus on application, community accountability, and a personal plan for the months ahead. Growth needs room to become a way of living.

The Institute vision

Learn it.
Live it.
Carry it forward.

Keystone's four level progression is designed to take women from honest assessment to practiced truth, stronger foundations, and the ability to guide others with wisdom and care.

Each level has a purpose, defined learning, and completion expectations. Future facilitator preparation builds on demonstrated application.

01

Foundation

Recognize limiting beliefs. Establish identity in Christ. Begin making choices from truth.

Where honest assessment becomes a beginning.
02

Formation

Practice biblical truth through prayer, discernment, boundaries, and everyday decisions.

Where understanding becomes a way of living.
03

Fortification

Strengthen new patterns in relationships, stewardship, and family life, with legacy in view.

Where growth becomes a stronger foundation.
04

Facilitation

Prepare to guide other women through the work with teaching skills, responsible boundaries, and supervised practice.

Where what you learn can serve the next woman.
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind”
Romans 12:2 · KJV

Jackie Overstreet, founder of Keystone Women's Institute
Meet the founder

Jackie Overstreet

Jackie cares about women navigating the many stages of life, raising a family, starting again, changing direction, or wondering what comes next.

She created Keystone as a place for honest questions and practical learning. Her teaching helps women examine what they believe, understand patterns in their lives, and apply biblical truth to the decisions in front of them.

Jesus Christ and Scripture are at the center of her work. She wants women to feel heard and leave with something useful, a clearer understanding of themselves and a next step they can put into practice.

Practical teaching. Room for real life.
Before you take the next step

A little clarity
goes a long way.

Is Keystone a Christian program?

Yes. Jesus Christ is at the center of Keystone. Scripture grounds the teaching, prayer, reflection, and practical application. The program is designed for women who want that foundation to shape how they live.

Do I have to commit to the entire Institute?

No. The introductory workshop, Soul Esteem Mastery course, and longer Institute progression serve different stages of learning. You can begin by exploring the work and receiving updates about the next opportunity.

What is the difference between the course and the Institute?

Soul Esteem Mastery is structured as eight weeks of core teaching plus four weeks of integration. The Institute is the broader four level educational vision, Foundation, Formation, Fortification, and Facilitation.
