How over interpretation quietly redirects your focus

Most mental distress does not come from danger; it comes from misdirection.

I noticed how easily the mind begins scanning for meaning in every glance, pause, or tone. Like following a faulty compass, you keep walking but drift off course. Satan has refined this tactic over time, convincing believers to navigate by assumption instead of truth.

Read between the lines

The truth is this: clarity does not require decoding people.

Jesus Christ is King. Jesus Christ is Lord. Authority in Him removes the need to interpret imagined signals. When we seek Him fully, direction stabilizes, and fear loses influence.

This is the Heart GPS, recalibrating discernment back to Christ.
