The Full Plate

Pausing to name what you are carrying this year
After clarity comes honesty. Not about who you want to be, but about what is actually on your plate right now. Many people step into a new year without naming where they truly are.
Calling does not require pressure. Sometimes it requires a do over. Sometimes it requires letting go. I have learned that progress begins when we tell the truth about capacity, desire, and readiness.
Push through anyway. That ignores wisdom.
Christ remains faithful and present. He invites reflection, not performance. Direction becomes clearer when we bring everything into the light.
This is the Heart GPS asking better questions so choices are made with intention, not obligation.
What are you carrying, what feels unfinished, and who keeps you accountable? Share this with a trusted friend, and subscribe to Excavation if you are walking this year thoughtfully.
