The Narrow Path

Why progress comes from facing, not burying

One of the clearest differences between those who move forward and those who stay stuck is focus. Not the absence of emotion, but the ability to keep going while emotions are present.

We often worry about the wrong things, replay the wrong moments, and try to fix surface issues. Someone once told me, trace and face it. It sounded simple until I practiced it. Tracing requires excavation, retracing one's steps with honesty.

Ignore your emotions. That only delays healing.

God is a loving Father and a steady guide. He prepares the heart before He reveals truth. He does not rush or shame.

This is the Heart GPS at work, helping us face reality with focus and move forward whole.
