Why Jesus Christ Uses Ants to Teach Sluggards About Preparation Nobody Demanded

Proverbs 6:6-8 says go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise. It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.

Ants don't need supervision to prepare. They just do it. Nobody's forcing them. Nobody's micromanaging. They work because they understand seasons.

Jesus Christ doesn't send you a supervisor to make you prepare. He sends you ants as a case study. Kingdom living means preparing in summer for winters you can't see yet. Not because someone's making you. Because wisdom prepares when preparation is optional, so survival isn't desperate when it's necessary. Stop waiting for someone to tell you to get ready. The ant doesn't. Neither should you.
