Why Solomon Said Eat, Drink, Enjoy Your Work Because It's From God's Hand

Solomon repeated it over and over: eat, drink, find satisfaction in your toil. This is from God's hand.

That's not resignation. That's revelation. Enjoyment isn't meaningless. It's the gift. Jesus didn't come to make you miserable in the name of holiness. He came to give you abundant life.

The ability to enjoy a meal? That's God. To find satisfaction in work? That's God. To experience joy in the mundane? That's God. Solomon wasn't endorsing hedonism. He was exposing the gift hiding in the ordinary. Kingdom living means enjoying what Jesus gives while you're here. Not chasing more. Receiving now. That's not meaningless. That's worship.

What simple gift is Jesus Christ giving you today that you're too busy chasing tomorrow to enjoy?
