Medical inoculations work by introducing just enough of the disease to build immunity without overwhelming the system. God does the same with revelation.

Why won't He just tell me everything now?

Because the full dose would kill what He's trying to strengthen.

Jesus Christ knows if He gave you too much too soon, you'd become inundated with fear. So He rations it. Just enough for today. Just enough to build your immunity to doubt without drowning you in information you're not ready to steward. Trust the pace. He's protecting you.
