The Generational Invoice

Why What Feels Good Today Gets Billed to Your Grandchildren, Tomorrow
Sin is good, tolerable, supposedly enjoyable for a season, but its repercussions last generations.
Like opening a credit card with no interest for six months, then discovering the balance transfers to your children, your grandchildren, your entire bloodline. What you charged in pleasure, they pay in trauma, dysfunction, inherited patterns they never chose.
What I do only affects me.
What you do writes invoices your bloodline will spend decades paying off.
All the things God tells us not to do aren't because He's a buzzkill. It's because He sees the generational invoice attached to your current indulgence. Jesus Christ isn't restricting your fun. He's canceling debt your descendants would inherit. Walk circumspectly. The days are evil, and every choice writes a bill someone will pay.
What pleasure are you charging that your bloodline will spend generations repaying?
