Why a Good Name Is More Desirable Than Great Riches and Esteem Better Than Silver or Gold

Proverbs 22:1 says a good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.

Wealth is temporary. Reputation is generational. Jesus Christ values what outlasts your bank account. Your name. Your character. Your legacy.

Kingdom living means building a name worth passing down. Not wealth that rusts. Not riches that evaporate. A name built on integrity, faithfulness, kindness, and Jesus. That's the inheritance money can't buy. That's the esteem gold can't purchase. Riches come and go. Your name echoes long after you're gone. Build it well. Protect it fiercely. Value it above riches. Because Jesus does.
