Why Everything You'll Ever Do Flows From What You Protect or Expose

Proverbs 4:23 says above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

Your heart isn't just feelings. It's the command center. The source code. The wellspring. What gets in determines what flows out.

Jesus Christ didn't say guard your reputation. Guard your image. Guard your success. He said guard your heart. Because when the heart is compromised, everything downstream gets contaminated. Kingdom living means building perimeters around what you consume, who you allow close, what narratives you entertain. Not because you're paranoid. Because you're protective. Everything flows from the heart. Contaminate the source, poison the stream. Guard it. Fiercely.
