The Praise Interruption

Why Praising God Mid-Crisis Is the Pattern Interrupt That Changes Everything
Praising God mid-crisis is the pattern interrupt that changes everything.
You're spiraling. The thoughts are looping. The fear is multiplying. The what-ifs are compounding. Then you open your mouth and say, "But God, You're still good."
I'll praise God once this is over.
Praise doesn't wait for resolution. Praise interrupts the spiral before it drowns you.
When you're kingdom-driven, worship becomes the weapon that rewrites the narrative. Jesus Christ doesn't need your praise. You do. Because the moment you shift focus from the crisis to the Creator, the crisis loses its grip. Praising God isn't denial. It's defiance. It's saying, "This situation is loud, but my God is louder." That shift changes oxygen in the room. Try it mid-breakdown. Watch what happens.
What crisis are you letting dominate the narrative that praise could interrupt right now?
