The Rescue-the-Perishing Mandate

Why Rescuing Those Being Led Away to Death Is Not Optional, It's Your Assignment
Proverbs 24:11-12 says rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, "But we knew nothing about this," does not He who weighs the heart perceive it?
Ignorance isn't an excuse. Jesus Christ sees. He knows. And He's asking what you're doing about it.
You can't claim you didn't know when people around you are staggering toward destruction. Kingdom living means stepping in. Speaking up. Rescuing. Not because it's comfortable. Because it's commanded. Hold them back. Intervene. Don't watch passively while people you could help spiral toward death. Jesus didn't. Neither should you. Rescue the perishing. It's not optional. It's your mandate.
Who is staggering toward destruction that Jesus Christ is asking you to rescue instead of pretending you don't see?
